Comprehensive scientific testing

Cardiorespiratory fitness and cardiovascular function testing (resting metabolic rate testing, maximum oxygen uptake testing), as well as biomechanical assessment (muscle strength and explosive power testing, functional movement and joint function screening, 3D running gait testing), a complete scientific test to help you break through your limits and find your body's limitations.

VO₂ Max

Maximum oxygen uptake detection

VO₂ Max refers to the maximum amount of oxygen a person can consume per kilogram of body weight per minute during strenuous exercise. It is an indicator of cardiorespiratory endurance and physical fitness.

Resting metabolic rate detection

Resting metabolic rate (RMR) refers to the amount of energy the human body needs to maintain basic life functions at rest, usually expressed in calories.

Muscle strength and explosive power testing

Muscle and strength assessments are used to measure a person’s muscle strength, endurance, and overall physical fitness. These assessments are very important for anyone who wants to improve their fitness or recover.

Functional movement and joint function screening

Functional motor assessment is a detection system specifically designed to evaluate the functional and motor performance of the human body in basic movement patterns.

3D running gait detection

3D running gait assessment and detection is a detection method that uses advanced three-dimensional motion capture technology to analyze a runner's gait and athletic performance.

Detection solution

1

Basic plan NT$4000

The testing process takes approximately 60 minutes and includes:

1. Inbody body composition analysis (weight, muscle mass, body fat)

2. VO2max test (3 minutes of walking to warm up, 9-12 minutes of running to voluntary exhaustion, 2.5 minutes of recovery)

3. Includes VO2 max report, maximum heart rate, heart rate training range 1-5, and first and second ventilation thresholds.

*No post-test consultation or training recommendations.

2

Standard plan NT$7000

The testing process takes approximately 60 minutes and includes...

1. Inbody Body Composition Analysis (Weight, Muscle Mass, Body Fat)

2. Lung function tests (FVC, FEV1, FEV1/FVC%, FEF 25-75)

3. VO2max test (3 minutes of walking to warm up, 9-12 minutes of running to voluntary exhaustion, 2.5 minutes of recovery)

4. A detailed report covering VO2max, heart rate training zones 1-5, first and second ventilation thresholds, fat burning efficiency and mitochondrial function, oxygen circulation, recovery ability and respiratory function, and providing endurance and rest training suggestions based on heart rate training zones.

5. We will schedule a separate 30-minute report analysis and training suggestion session with you.

Customized testing from NT$7,000

We can customize the testing content according to your needs, and the testing time varies (depending on the content you are testing).

A consultation is required before a quote can be provided for this proposal.
